Valid for bookings made from 05/03/2020 to 30/03/2020 for departures from 05/03/2020 to 30/09/2020.

Normen

For tickets purchased from March 5th to March 30th, 2020 with departure from March 5th to September 30th, 2020:

• In any case, the cancellation must be made at least 3 days before the booked departure and is only valid for departures until 31.05.2020. You will receive a voucher for the cancellation fees
• The voucher can only be used for the same shipping company that was originally booked. A voucher from a canceled MOBY ticket can only be used for MOBY departures. A voucher from a canceled Tirrenia ticket can only be used for Tirrenia departures. The same goes for Toremar.
• The voucher can be used for departures up to 30/09/2020
• The voucher is issued separately for each individual shipping company (e.g. one-way Moby and return Tirrenia: two different vouchers are issued)
• The voucher can be redeemed the next time you purchase a ticket for any travel destination from MOBY, Tirrenia or Toremar (depending on the original shipping company)
• The ticket value of the new booking (excluding taxes, surcharges and other costs) must at least asmuch as the voucher value
• The offer is only valid when buying a new ticket (no group bookings) and cannot be used retrospectively
• The voucher can only be used for new bookings for MOBY, TIRRENIA or TOREMAR, not for rebookings
• Valid for all tariff types, including tickets with special tariffs
• Valid for tickets from Moby, Tirrenia and Toremar
• The voucher is granted to the holder of the original ticket and is not transferable to third parties.
• If you cancel after May 31st, no voucher will be issued.
