• The offer is valid for cars of categories 1, 2, 3 up to a length of 5 m and a height of 2.20 m.
• The offer is valid for bookings made from 25.08.2021 to 30.09.2021 for departures TIRRENIA Sardinia and departures MOBY Sardinia and Corsica, each from 01.09.2021 to 30.09.2021, subject to availability of the number designated for the promotion and on the days it is scheduled.
• Taxes, surcharges and other costs must be paid.
• In the event of a change, no rebooking fees will be charged if the date, time, route and booking holder change, only any price differences will be charged.
• In the event of cancellation, 100% cancellation fees will apply. This automatically applies to all passengers added as part of the same booking process. Alternatively, the ticket can be ""parked"" and reused as credit for departures until 31.12.2022. 
• Offer not applicable retroactively.
• The discount can be combined with any MOBY or Tirrenia special offers and 2020/21 vouchers, but not with offers from other operators, group fares or special arrangements.
• As a rule, special offers cannot be purchased directly on the day of departure at the port, but must be pre-booked.
• When making use of an offer that includes the booking of a vehicle, the embarkation staff will check whether the vehicle is actually brought along for embarkation. If the vehicle is not present, the customer must pay a penalty. 
• Port staff will request payment of a penalty if they find any discrepancies between the reservation and the embarkation.
